At Arranmore Lighting & Fans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fixture or fan doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging and uninstalled condition.

Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30-day return window.
Pack with Care
Carefully repack the item in its original box, ensuring all mounting hardware, glass shades, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
