We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and uninstalled condition. Please note that installed fixtures cannot be returned due to safety and structural integrity regulations.
Do your ceiling fans come with a warranty?
Yes, all Arranmore ceiling fans include a limited lifetime motor warranty and a 1-year warranty on all other parts and integrated LED kits.
Are your outdoor lighting fixtures weather-resistant?
Absolutely. Our outdoor collection is specifically rated for 'Wet' or 'Damp' locations, ensuring they can withstand humidity, rain, and direct exposure to the elements.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, all products come with comprehensive mounting hardware and instructions. We highly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired installations.
